At Point Break, how we train matters as much as what we train.

Our coaches are trauma-informed and committed to building a culture of safety, respect, and accountability. We understand that growth happens best in environments where both adults and children feel supported, challenged, and secure. Intensity has its place — but never at the expense of consent, communication, or care.

At Point break we incorporate ecological training, encouraging learning through play, exploration, and problem-solving rather than rigid instruction alone. This approach allows each student to develop their own style and adaptability, while recognising that not every nervous system or learning style is the same.

At point break resilience is built with awareness, discipline and play. Strength is developed with integrity and practice.
